Headquartered at KLIA Air Cargo Terminal 1 and operating across 17 airports nationwide, GTR delivers safe, seamless, and sustainable ground operations with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience.

Leveraging decades of combined expertise, GTR provides ramp handling, baggage and cargo operations, guest services, private jet handling, aircraft cleaning, and ground support equipment maintenance. GTR is certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) and the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) and is the only ground handler in Malaysia certified with IATA's CEIV Pharma, underscoring its capabilities in pharmaceutical cargo.
