On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAGB (“Board”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to establish a long term incentive scheme of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any one time throughout the duration of the long term incentive scheme, consisting of an employee share option scheme and a share grant scheme.
