The terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement made on 21 January 2021 unless otherwise stated.

We refer to the announcements dated 21 January 2021 and 27 January 2021 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 3 February 2021 approved the listing of and quotation for up to 668,394,816 new AAGB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement on the Main Market of Bursa Securities subject to the following conditions:

(i)   AAGB and RHB Investment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement;

(ii)   AAGB and RHB Investment Bank are required to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii)   RHB Investment Bank is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed; and

(iv)   RHB Investment Bank is required to furnish Bursa Securities with details of the placees in accordance with Paragraph 6.15 of the Listing Requirements as soon as practicable after each tranche of placement and before the listing of the new AAGB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement.
