The Company wishes to announce that the disposal by AACL to the Purchaser of its entire equity interest in Merah Aviation Asset Holding Five Limited, which holds five Aircraft Assets, was completed on 7 August 2019 with the Company receiving USD182.17 million in gross proceeds. Pursuant thereto, the Board is pleased to announce the completion of the Proposed Disposal, with the Company receiving gross proceeds totaling USD739.44 million.
