The Company wishes to announce that the disposal by AACL to AS Air Lease 8 (Offshore) LP of its entire equity interest in Merah Aviation Asset Holding Three Limited, which holds five Aircraft Assets, was completed on 15 July 2019 with the Company receiving USD97.79 million in gross proceeds. To date, the Company has received gross proceeds totaling USD348.24 million under the Proposed Disposal.
