Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Redbeat Ventures has on 4 March 2019 completed the acquisition of 629,130 ordinary shares in aggregate from Netrove Ventures Corporation, Jeffrey Saw Meng Lai and Wong Chin Kit (“the Acquisition”). Following the Acquisition, the Company's indirect shareholdings in Touristly through RedBeat Ventures increased from 50% to 74.6% resulting in Touristly becoming an indirect subsidiary of the Company.
