The excess of Mandate Threshold was due to the actual performance of IAAX, which exceeded its budgets in providing scheduled air services under the trade name and livery of AirAsia.
The Mandate Threshold was approved by the shareholders of the Company at the First Annual General Meeting of AirAsia held on 20 June 2018.
