The Company wishes to announce that Redbeat Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“RBV”), its wholly owned subsidiary which serves as the digital venture arm, has entered into Share Sale Agreements with AirAsia Berhad and AirAsia Investment Ltd respectively on 25 June 2018 to acquire entities principally involved in the provision of digital related services.All the transfers of shares have recently been completed.
