| Contents | The Board of Directors' of AirAsia Berhad (the "Company" or "AirAsia") wishes to announce that the Board had on 10 April 2008 proposed to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Amendments by way of a Special Resolution at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened at a later date. This is to be in line with the amendments to the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and to enhance further administrative efficiency of the Company.
