AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the following: (i) that at the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of AirAsia held on 21 June 2012, all the resolutions under Ordinary and Special Businesses as contained in the Notice of AGM dated 30 May 2012 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company; and (ii) that at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of AirAsia held on 21 June 2012, the ordinary resolution as contained in the Notice of EGM dated 7 June 2012 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company.
