| Contents | AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Fourteenth Annual General Meting ("AGM") of AirAsia held on 22 November 2007, all the resolutions under Ordinary and Special Business as contained in the Notice of AGM dated 29 October 2007 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company except for Resolution No. 7 which was withdrawn and not put to vote as the Company had received a letter this morning prior to the AGM from Tan Sri Dato’ (Dr.) R. V. Navaratnam, who was due for retirement in accordance with Section 129 of the Companies Act, 1965, that he did not seek re-appointment at the AGM. This announcement is dated 22 November 2007. |
