Reference is made to the announcement dated 2 May 2012 in relation to the termination of the Proposed Warrants Exchange with MAS where it was announced that AirAsia and MAS will enter into a formal termination agreement in due course.
We wish to announce that the Company has today, 18 May 2012, entered into a Letter of Termination of Warrants Exchange Agreement with MAS to formally terminate the Proposed Warrants Exchange and the warrants exchange agreement entered into between the Company and MAS on 21 October 2011.
