Further to the announcement of AirAsia Berhad (“AirAsia” or “the Company”) on 25th February 2010, the Company wishes to announce that AirAsia Pte. Ltd., a 49% owned overseas company through AirAsia’s wholly owned subsidiary company, AirAsia Investment Ltd. (formerly known as AA International Ltd), which was duly incorporated in the Republic of Singapore on 23rd September 2003 has been voluntarily wound up.
