Further to the announcement of AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or "the Company") on 25th February 2010, the Company wishes to announce that AirAsia (B) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary company of AirAsia which was duly incorporated under the laws of Brunei on 10th July 2006 has been voluntarily wound up as at 16th April 2011 and it shall cease to be a subsidiary of AirAsia with effect from 16th April 2011.  The confirmation of the winding up was made to the Company through a Brunei Darussalam Government Gazette on 9th June 2011.
