Description AIRASIA BERHAD (“AIRASIA” OR “THE COMPANY”)
NOTIFICATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 14.08 OF THE MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“MMLR”) OF DEALINGS IN THE SECURITIES OF AIRASIA BERHAD DURING CLOSED PERIOD

AirAsia had on 25 April 2011 announced the receipt of a notification from Dato' Fam Lee Ee ("Dato' Fam "), an Independent Non-Executive Director of AirAsia, pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the MMLR of his intention to deal in the shares of AirAsia during closed period.


Further to the aforesaid announcement, AirAsia had on 9 May 2011 received a notification from Dato' Fam pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(d) of the MMLR in respect of his dealings in the securities of the Company on 6 May 2011 as stated below:-

 

(a) A disposal of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of RM0.10 each, equivalent to 0.002% of all issued securities of AirAsia, at a total consideration of RM151,500 (“Disposal”).


Upon completion of the Disposal, the balance of number of shares held by Dato' Fam is as follows:-
