| Contents | Further to our announcement dated 14 September 2009 on the above, we wish to announce that we have requested for the suspension in the trading of our ordinary shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) be continued with effect from 2.30 p.m. on 15 September 2009 to 5.00 p.m. on 15 September 2009 in view that the bookbuilding exercise is only expected to be completed in the afternoon of 15 September 2009. The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note No. 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the Main Market.
