The request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(c) of Practice Note No. 2 on Requests for Suspension of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities for the Main Market pending the announcement on the results of the bookbuilding exercise including the price fixing of the new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in our Company (“AirAsia Shares”) pursuant to the private placement of new AirAsia Shares.
