On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that all the central depository system accounts of the Entitled Shareholders have been duly credited with new AAGB Shares today, marking completion of the Share Exchange. The notice of allotment had been despatched to the Entitled Shareholders today.

AAB will be delisted from the Official List of Bursa Securities and its listing status will be transferred to AAGB following completion of the Share Exchange.
