On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd had via its letter dated 12 April 2018 confirmed that all AAGB Shares are ready to be credited to the central depository system (CDS) accounts of the Entitled Shareholders on 13 April 2018.

AAGB will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of AAB and the listing of and quotation for AAGB’s entire issued share capital comprising 3,341,974,082 AAGB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will commence at 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 16 April 2018, on a “Ready” basis pursuant to the Listing Requirements. The AAGB Shares will be listed on the “Trading & Services” sector of the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

The stock short name, stock code and ISIN code of AAGB Shares are “AIRASIA”, “5099” and “MYL5099OO006”, respectively.

Kindly be advised that AAGB Shares are prescribed securities, and as such all dealings in the aforesaid securities shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
