The Company wishes to announce that Asia Air Limited, a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company, which was duly incorporated in England and Wales on 21^st December 2009 has been removed from the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales on 18^th June 2013.

The rationale for the removal of Asia Air Limited is to remove a dormant company which has not carried out any business for the Company and it will have no material effect on the Company for the financial year ending 31st December 2013.
