Pursuant to the press release dated 11 March 2013, AirAsia Berhad (“AirAsia” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that AirAsia, Inc. (“PAA”), an airline incorporated and operating in the Philippines which the Company has a 40% shareholding in, had on 10 May 2013 completed its acquisition of 49% of the voting rights and 85% of the economic interest in Zest Airways, Inc.

The above transaction also includes the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding in Asiawide Airways, Inc.
