AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia" or "the Company") wishes to inform that it had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary i.e. AirAsia (B) Sdn Bhd ("AABSB") in Negara Brunei Darussalam. AABSB was incorporated in Negara Brunei Darussalam on 10 July 2006 with an authorised capital of BND$100,000.00 and the initial paid up capital is BND$600.00. The purpose of its incorporation is to carry on the business of an air transport company. The directors of AABSB shall be Dato' Anthony Francis Fernandes, Kamarudin Bin Meranun, Lim Hui Min and Liew Nyit Min. None of the Directors of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation of AABSB.
