The Board of Directors of AAB wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) via its letter dated 30 March 2018 informed the Company that Bursa Securities has approved the Company’s application for extension of time of 1 month from 30 April 2018 until 31 May 2018 to issue Annual Report pursuant to Paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements. The request for time extension was made in order to match the timeline for the Internal Reorganisation exercise of the Company and transfer of listing status from the Company to AirAsia Group Berhad.
