AirAsia Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce for public information that as at 31 December 2005 its level of public shareholding spread is as follows:
a) Percentage of public shareholdings: 42.5%

b) Number of public shareholding not less than 100 shares: 16,346

Accordingly, the Company has complied with Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Lisitng Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
