The Board of Directors of AAB wishes to inform that Aras Sejagat Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary company of AAB has today received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company (Form 13) dated 31 October 2014 from Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM").
The CCM has approved the change of company name for Aras Sejagat Sdn. Bhd. to Ground Team Red Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 31 October 2014.
