The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 14 December 2017 unless otherwise stated.

We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2017, 3 October 2017, 13 October 2017, 19 October 2017, 30 October 2017, 9 November 2017, 20 November 2017, 29 November 2017, 8 January 2018, 29 January 2018, 26 February 2018 and 2 March 2018 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court has, at today’s hearing, approved the Scheme of Arrangement. The Proposed Internal Reorganisation shall take effect today pursuant to the order given by the High Court.

An announcement on the entitlement date for the shareholders of AAB in respect of the Proposed Internal Reorganisation will be made in due course.
