We refer to the announcement on “PURCHASE OF 14 AIRBUS A320 CEO AIRCRAFT BY AIRASIA BERHAD” released on 23 June 2017 (“the previous Announcement”). The Board of Directors of AirAsia Berhad ("the Board") is pleased to inform that the Board has approved the Transaction. The purchase agreement with Airbus S.A.S has also been signed today. The terms and conditions specified in the previous Announcement shall remain unchanged. This announcement is dated 7 July 2017. |
