We refer to the announcement dated 25 August 2017 (Reference No. GA1-25082017-00053) in relation to the sale of 50% equity shares in AACE by AirAsia (“Proposed Sale”). On behalf of AirAsia, we wish to announce that AirAsia has received the sale consideration in accordance with the Share Purchase Agreement dated 24 August 2017 between AirAsia and CAE International Holding Ltd, and the Proposed Sale has been completed on 28 December 2017.
