We refer to the announcements dated 29 August 2017, 3 October 2017, 13 October 2017, 19 October 2017, 30 October 2017, 9 November 2017 and 20 November 2017 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the High Court at Shah Alam has, at today’s hearing, granted leave for the Company to convene a meeting of its members pursuant to section 366(2) of the Act in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
