We refer to the previous announcement dated 19 April 2017 (Reference No. GA1-18042017-00053) in relation to the investment in Touristly Travel Sdn. Bhd. (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcement. The Board of Directors of AirAsia is pleased to announce that the Transaction is completed by virtue of the allotment of shares to AirAsia Investment Limited on 13 November 2017 which has been approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 20 November 2017.
