On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 8 November 2017, resolved to grant an extension of time of until 10 market days from the date of approval of High Court (granting the leave for the Company to hold a CCM) to issue the circular to shareholders of AAB in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.
