The Board of Directors of AirAsia Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of the Court Convened Meeting ("CCM") of the Company dated 14 December 2017 was duly passed at the CCM of the Company held on Monday, 8 January 2018 at 10.00 a.m. The resolution was approved by way of poll at the CCM. The result of the poll was validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company. The poll result is set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 8 January 2018. |
