AirAsia Berhad (“AAB” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has on 23 May 2017, successfully acquired 2 ordinary shares (“Acquisition Shares”) in RedTix Sdn. Bhd. ("RTSB") (Formerly known as Rokki Media Sdn. Bhd.) (Company No: 1096870-M) from Rokki Media Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 1096871-H), which is in total, equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the share capital of RTSB for a total purchase consideration of RM2.00, of which the purchase consideration was satisfied in full by way of cash (the "Transaction”). The share transfer instrument was successfully effected on 23 May 2017. Please refer to the attachment for further details. This announcement is dated 24 May 2017. |
