We refer to past announcements and the announcement dated 9 May 2016 in relation to the Proposed Shares Issuance (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, CIMB and RHB wish to announce that the Company and the Subscriber have entered into a supplemental letter dated 27 May 2016 in respect of the Subscription Agreement dated 1 April 2016 (“Subscription Agreement”) to mutually agree to extend the Cut-off Date outlined in the Subscription Agreement for a period of sixty (60) days commencing from 31 May 2016 until 29 July 2016, or such longer period as the Parties may mutually agree in writing.

The extension was agreed upon between the Parties to allow the Subscriber to finalise its financing requirements for the Proposed Shares Issuance, and, since such financing may include funding from foreign banks, the timing is necessary to acquire approval from Bank Negara Malaysia for such funding.

Save for the extension of the Cut-off Date above, all other terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement remain unchanged.
