We refer to past announcements and the announcement dated 28 September 2016 in relation to the Proposed Shares Issuance (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, CIMB and RHB are pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 11 October 2016, resolved to approve the application for an extension of time of six (6) months from 13 October 2016 to 12 April 2017, or upon the termination of the Subscription Agreement, whichever is earlier, to complete the implementation of the Proposed Shares Issuance.
