Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, AirAsia Berhad ("AirAsia") wishes to announce that Datuk Kamarudin Bin Meranun, a Non-Independent Executive Chairman of AirAsia, intends to deal in the securities of AirAsia during the closed period prior to the release of the Fourth Quarter results for the year 2016.
