We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024, 7 March 2025 and 27 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 2 April 2025 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 15 April 2025 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Listing Requirements to issue the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
