The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the application in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan has been approved by the Bursa Securities on 7 March 2025.

On 2 April 2025, RHB Investment Bank, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, announced that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 2 April 2025, granted the Company an extension of time until 15 April 2025 to comply with Paragraph 9.33(1)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities to issue the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development of the Proposed Regularisation Plan accordingly.
