We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 23 October 2024, 23 December 2024 and 7 March 2025 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.33(1)(b)(i) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Company must issue the circular to its shareholders within 14 market days after receipt of Bursa Securities’ confirmation that it has no further comments.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Company had on 27 March 2025 submitted an application to Bursa Securities to seek its approval for an extension of time until 15 April 2025 for the Company to issue the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan.
