Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies up to the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2024 as follows: -

1. On 12 December 2024, an advance of MYR 6,745,874 was provided to Airasia Move Sdn Bhd (“AAMove”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, AirAsia Berhad (“AAB”);

2. On 29 October 2024, an advance of USD 4,300,000 (equivalent to RM 19,221,000 based on the exchange rate of 4.470 as at 31 December 2024) was provided to Bigpay Pte. Ltd. (“BPPL”) by the Company;

3. On 16 December 2024, an advance of MYR 2,000,000 was provided to BPPL by the Company;

4. On 20 December 2024, an advance of USD 37,616 (equivalent to RM 168,144 based on the exchange rate of 4.470 as at 31 December 2024) was provided to Biglife (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (“BLTH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“BLMY”);

5. On 24 December 2024, an advance of MYR 671,000 was provided to MTMY by the Company, through its subsidiary, BLMY;

6. On 29 October 2024, 21 November 2024 and 19 December 2024, a total of advances of USD 35,903 (equivalent to RM 160,486 based on the exchange rate of 4.470 as at 31 December 2024) was provided to AirAsia Com (Vietnam) Company Limited (“ACTVN”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, MTMY;

7. On 24 October 2024, 7 November 2024, 22 November 2024 and 24 December 2024, an advance of MYR 411,000 was provided to Move Duty Free Sdn. Bhd. (“MDF”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, MTMY;

8. On 24 October 2024, 26 November 2024 and 24 December 2024, a total of advances of RM 300,000 was provided to Ourfarm Sdn Bhd (“OFM”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, MTMY;

9. On 21 November 2024 and 2 December 2024, a total of advances of RM 8,285 was provided to Rokki Sdn Bhd (“Rokki”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, MTMY;

10. On 26 December 2024 and 31 December 2024, a total of advances of RM 13,399,244 was provided to BPPL by the Company, through its subsidiary, Move Digital Sdn Bhd (“RBV”);

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of AAMove, BPPL, MTMY, BLTH, ACTVN, MDF, OFM and Rokki.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
