Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 25 April 2024, 26 July 2024, 4 September 2024, 20 September 2024, 14 October 2024 and 24 October 2024 (“Announcements”) as well as the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 20 September 2024 (“Circular”) in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 November 2024 filed a petition to the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur to obtain an order from the High Court of Malaya pursuant to Section 116 of the Act for the reduction in issued share capital pursuant to the Proposed Distribution.
