On behalf of the Board of Directors of Capital A, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the following corporate proposal to regularise its financial condition in accordance with Paragraph 8.04(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Proposed Regularisation Plan"):
(a) proposed reduction of the issued share capital of the Company of up to RM6,000.0 million pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016 to set-off the accumulated losses of the Group ("Proposed Capital Reduction").
