Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2024 regarding the issuance of a Revenue Bond by AARB1, the Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to provide additional clarification.

The completion of the internal reorganisation mentioned under Paragraph 2(i) of the said announcement refers to a new corporate structure of the remaining companies under Capital A that will be in place as a result of the disposal of its aviation business entities to AirAsia X Berhad.
