On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 July 2024 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to vary its application for an extension of time until 31 December 2024 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities. Notwithstanding that, the Board wishes to highlight that the Board endeavours to submit a regularisation plan to Bursa Securities by 30 August 2024 and that the Company together with its advisers are working closely to achieve the target submission date. For clarity, the Company has applied for additional time to submit its regularisation plan to cater for any contingencies that may cause a delay in the submission of its regularisation plan beyond the targeted submission date.
