Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies during the first quarter ended 31 March 2024 as follows: -

1. On 10 January 2024, 24 January 2024, 22 February 2024,11 March 2024 and 20 March 2024, a total of advances of MYR 1,918,000 was provided to AirAsia Ride Sdn Bhd (“AARIDE”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“ACT”);
2. On 31 January 2024 and 20 March 2024, a total of advances of USD 40,000 (equivalent to RM 189,140 based on the exchange rate of 4.729 as at 31 March 2024) was provided to AirAsia Superapp LLC (Korea) (“Superapp KR”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, ACT;
3. On 10 January 2024, 24 January 2024, 7 February 2024, 22 February 2024, 11 March 2024 and 20 March 2024, total of advances of RM 1,103,120 was provided to Ourfarm Asia Sdn Bhd (“OFM”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, ACT;
4. On 7 February 2024, an advance of RM 10,000 was provided to Rokki Sdn Bhd (“ROKKI”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, ACT;
5. On 19 January 2024, 24 January 2024, 22 February 2024 and 21 March 2024, total of advances of USD 67,723 (equivalent to RM 320,228 based on the exchange rate of 4.729 as at 31 March 2024) was provided to PT Biglife Indonesia (“BLID”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Malaysia (“BLMY”);
6. On 21 March 2024, a total of advances of USD 24,309 (equivalent to RM 114,945 based on the exchange rate of 4.729 as at 31 March 2024) was provided to Biglife (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (“BLTH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, BLMY.

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of AARIDE, Superapp KR, OFM, ROKKI, BLID, and BLTH.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
