Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(iii) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company wishes to announce that it had provided financial assistance in the form of advances to its associate and subsidiary companies during the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2023 as follows: -

1. On 13 October 2023, 27 October 2023, 27 November 2023, 5 December 2023,18 December 2023 and 26 December 2023, a total of advances of USD 3,089,831 (equivalent to RM 14,186,959 based on the exchange rate of 4.5915 as at 31 December 2023) was provided to Big Pay Pte Ltd (“BIGPAY”) by the Company;
2. On 25 October 2023, 27 November 2023, 12 December 2023 and 21 December 2023, a total of advances of MYR 1,615,000 was provided to AirAsia Ride Sdn Bhd (“AARIDE”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“ACT”);
3. On 29 November 2023 and 30 November 2023, a total of advances of RM 62,500 was provided to Rokki Sdn Bhd (“ROKKI”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, ACT;
4. On 27 December 2023, an advance of RM 6,000,000 was provided to ACT by the Company, through its subsidiary, Biglife Sdn Bhd (“BLMY”);
5. On 23 October 2023 and 24 November 2023, a total of advances of USD 25,439 (equivalent to RM 116,803 based on the exchange rate of 4.5915 as at 31 December 2023) was provided to PT Biglife Digital Indonesia (“BLID”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, BLMY;
6. On 6 October 2023, an advance of USD 4,592 (equivalent to RM 19,514 based on the exchange rate of 4.5915 as at 31 December 2023) was provided to Biglife Digital Singapore Pte Ltd (“BLSG”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, BLMY;
7. On 10 October 2023, 24 October 2023, 1 November 2023 and 24 November 2023, a total of advances of USD 145,947 (equivalent to RM 670,116 based on the exchange rate of 4.5915 as at 31 December 2023) was provided to Biglife (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (“BLTH”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, BLMY;
8. On 7 December 2023, a loan of USD 1,542,356 (equivalent to RM 7,081,727 based on the exchange rate of 4.5915 as at 31 December 2023) was provided to Teleport Commerce Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“TCM”) by the Company, through its subsidiary, Teleport Everywhere Pte. Ltd. (“TES”);

(Collectively, referred to as “the Financial Assistance”).

The Financial Assistance provided was in the ordinary course of business and to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs of BIGPAY, AARIDE, ROKKI, ACT, BLID, BLSG, BLTH, and TCM.

The Financial Assistance provided does not have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries.
