Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 1 November 2023 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as the Announcement.

Reference is made to the Announcement in respect of the Letter of Intent whereby the Parties are expected to execute the Definitive Agreement for the Proposed Business Combination no later than 3 months from the date of the Letter of Intent.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company had on 31 January 2024 entered into a supplemental letter of intent with GMFI to extend the period to execute the Definitive Agreement to no later than 30 April 2024.
