Further to the announcement made on 27 September 2023 pertaining to the Memorandums of Understanding (“MOU”) between Capital A and PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and Capital A’s subsidiary, Airasia Aviation Group Limited and PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk’s subsidiary, PT Citilink Indonesia, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU. Further announcement on the status of the MOU will be made in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, where required.
