The Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to announce that the Company has engaged RHB Investment Bank Berhad as the Principal Adviser for the proposed regularisation plan of the Company.

The Company has also engaged The SAP Group to review the reasonableness of profit assumptions in the formulation of the aforementioned proposed regularisation plan.

The Company will make the necessary announcement(s) regarding the development of the proposed regularisation plan accordingly.
