Pursuant to Paragraph 10.08(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), the Board of Directors of Capital A wishes to announce that AAB, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 August 2022, entered into an addendum to the Aircraft Wet Lease Agreement dated 22 June 2022 with AAX ("Principal Agreement") to amend Schedule 1 of the Principal Agreement (“Transaction”).
